Guillain barre syndrome (GBS) is a rare but fatal autoimmune disease affecting the nervous system. The occurrence of GBS after COVID vaccination and its exact cause still unknown. Hence, here, we are trying to describe pattern following first dose COVID-19 as case series. retrospective series study was carried out by analyzing serious AEFI (Adverse Events Following Immunization) notification form reported health-care professionals ADR Monitoring Center during period March 2021–September 2021.The purpose these reports ensure proper surveillance methods monitor safety promote further researches which required determine possible link between vaccination.
